These Terms of Use govern all programs, services, coaching sessions, digital materials, modules, subscriptions, and products offered through YourPotential on Teachable. By enrolling in any service or accessing any material, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not enroll or use the services.
1. General Overview
YourPotential provides educational programs, coaching, mentorship, and digital materials focused on energy work, meditation, astral projection, personal development, and related spiritual disciplines.
These services are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.
No specific outcome is guaranteed. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, readiness, and personal development.
2. Eligibility
To participate:
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
Violation of these requirements may result in account suspension without refund.
3. Program Access and Structure
Access varies depending on payment path:
Pay-In-Full Enrollment
You receive immediate access to:
- all 48 weeks of training
- all modules
- all teaching-week calls
- mentorship (via Telegram)
- all digital materials
Access begins at the moment of purchase and cannot be paused or reversed.
Subscription Plan (6-Month Minimum)
- You unlock one new week at a time.
- Access to teaching-week calls and mentorship exists only while your subscription is active.
- Canceling stops future payments after the 6-month minimum commitment but does not refund past payments.
- When canceled, all future access ends.
Module Unlock System
- Modules must be purchased in order.
- Each module includes teaching-week calls and mentorship access for the duration of that module.
- Progression locks if purchase is canceled or refunded.
Jumping ahead or bypassing modules is not permitted.
4. Coaching Sessions and Teaching-Week Calls
All coaching and teaching-week calls take place on Zoom unless otherwise specified.
You are responsible for:
- having Zoom installed (desktop or mobile)
- ensuring Zoom is updated
- ensuring your microphone and audio function properly
- testing your equipment before the call
- joining the call at the scheduled time
If you experience technical issues on your end that prevent participation:
- the session is still considered completed
- no replacement, refund, or extension is provided
Teaching-week calls:
- cannot be rescheduled
- do not generate replacement sessions if missed
- may be recorded for your personal use (if provided), but recording is not guaranteed
Private coaching sessions follow the separate Cancellation Policy.
5. Mentorship and Support Access
Mentorship (via Telegram or another communication platform) is available only:
- during active subscription periods
- during active module unlock periods
- during all 48 weeks for pay-in-full students
Mentorship does not include emergency responses or guaranteed immediate availability.
If you lose access due to cancellation, expiration, or non-payment, support ends immediately.
6. Payments, Billing, and Failed Payments
All payments are processed through Teachable’s secure billing system.
By enrolling, you agree to:
- maintain a valid payment method
- allow recurring charges (for subscriptions or payment plans)
- complete all payments for any payment plan you enter
Removing your payment method does not cancel a plan.
Access may be suspended until outstanding payments are resolved.
You remain responsible for all scheduled payments.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed entirely by:
- the Refund & Guarantee Policy
- the Cancellation Policy
These apply to:
- pay-in-full programs
- subscriptions
- module unlocks
- coaching sessions
- teaching-week calls
- digital courses
- all re-enrollments and upgrades
No additional exceptions will be made.
8. Intellectual Property
All program content and materials are the exclusive property of YourPotential.
You agree not to:
- distribute, upload, copy, or share any materials
- teach, reproduce, or repurpose content for commercial use
- screen-record Zoom calls
- share call links or Telegram content
- allow others to access your account or materials
Violations may result in immediate removal from all programs without refund and potential legal action.
9. User Conduct
To maintain a respectful and safe environment, you agree to:
- refrain from harassment, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior
- refrain from unethical use of program materials
- avoid misrepresentation of the program
- follow all call and mentorship guidelines
Violation may result in suspension or removal without refund.
10. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining:
- a stable internet connection
- a functioning device
- audio/mic compatibility with Zoom
- access to Teachable and Telegram
- the ability to download or view digital materials
Technical difficulties on your end do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
11. Disclaimers
The program does not guarantee:
- astral projection
- energetic results
- emotional breakthroughs
- spiritual experiences
- metaphysical abilities
- any measurable physical outcome
All results depend on your personal effort and development.
The coach does not diagnose, treat, or advise on medical or psychological conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
You agree that YourPotential, its owner, and its operators are not liable for:
- damages arising from your use or misuse of the program
- missed sessions
- lost data
- technological issues
- personal interpretations of the training
- any physical, emotional, or energetic reactions
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Account Suspension or Removal
Your account may be suspended or permanently removed if you:
- violate these Terms
- engage in inappropriate or abusive behavior
- share or distribute materials
- initiate fraudulent chargebacks
- disrupt the coaching environment
Suspension or removal does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
