Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the websites, courses, Module Unlocks, digital products, assessments, memberships, communities, coaching services, mentorships, programmes, live events, and other services offered by Your Potential, operated by Ryan James Cropper.

These Terms apply to:

  • ryancropper.com.
  • The Your Potential Teachable school.
  • Associated course, checkout, booking, account, dashboard, assessment, Module Unlock, community, and membership pages.
  • Any other platform or service expressly operated or authorised by Your Potential.

In these Terms, “Your Potential,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Your Potential and Ryan James Cropper. “You” and “user” refer to any visitor, customer, student, client, member, account holder, or participant using the Services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, purchasing a Module Unlock, booking a service, enrolling in a programme, submitting a form, participating in a community, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, register for, access, or use the Services.

Any product-specific terms displayed on a sales page, application, checkout page, Module Unlock page, booking page, programme agreement, or order confirmation form part of these Terms.

Where clearly disclosed product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms will govern that particular purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Nature of the Services

Your Potential provides educational, experiential, and personal-development material relating to subjects including:

  • Astral projection and out-of-body experiences.
  • Lucid awareness and dream interpretation.
  • Meditation and altered-state practices.
  • Energy development, chakras, and related spiritual frameworks.
  • Shadow integration and memory work.
  • Past life regression and experiential exploration.
  • Manifestation and personal development.
  • Telepathy and perception exercises.
  • Spiritual life coaching.
  • Private mentorship and longer training programmes.

The Services may include recorded courses, Module Unlocks, guided meditations, audio products, written resources, assessments, interactive exercises, coaching sessions, private communities, forums, live calls, and personalised educational recommendations.

The Services are provided for educational, spiritual, experiential, and personal-development purposes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products, create an account, or book private services without additional consent.

A person aged 13 to 17 may participate only where:

  • Prior permission has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The relevant service is considered suitable by Your Potential.
  • The parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the minor’s participation and payment.
  • A parent or guardian attends where Your Potential reasonably requires it.

We may refuse or cancel a minor’s booking where appropriate consent has not been provided.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, purchasing, booking, or submitting an application.

3. Educational and Spiritual Scope

References to astral projection, out-of-body experiences, energy, chakras, past lives, telepathy, manifestation, consciousness, spiritual development, and related subjects reflect the educational and experiential frameworks taught through Your Potential.

Experiences and interpretations vary between individuals. No statement made through the Services should be understood as a guarantee that a particular spiritual, energetic, metaphysical, emotional, or personal event will occur.

You remain responsible for deciding how you interpret and apply the material.

The Services should not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, medication, legal proceedings, financial commitments, employment, or other matters requiring licensed professional advice.

4. No Medical or Mental-Health Services

Ryan James Cropper is not acting as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed counsellor, psychotherapist, or other regulated healthcare professional through the Services.

The Services do not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • Mental-health diagnosis or psychotherapy.
  • Crisis intervention.
  • Medication advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Financial or investment advice.
  • A substitute for treatment from a qualified professional.

Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of information provided through Your Potential.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, severe distress, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, or another urgent crisis, contact your local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional.

Your Potential does not provide emergency or crisis-response services.

5. Regression, Memory and Experiential Work

Past life regression, memory regression, shadow work, dream interpretation, altered-state practices, and related sessions may produce images, impressions, emotions, narratives, symbols, or perceived memories.

These experiences may be personally meaningful, but they are subjective and are not independently verified historical, medical, or legal evidence.

You agree not to use an experience arising through the Services as the sole basis for:

  • Accusing another person of misconduct.
  • Making a medical or mental-health decision.
  • Taking legal action.
  • Ending professional care.
  • Placing yourself or another person at risk.
  • Making a significant financial or personal commitment.

You remain responsible for evaluating your experiences carefully and seeking appropriate professional support where necessary.

6. Physical and Practice Safety

Some Services may involve meditation, breathing exercises, visualisation, altered attention, closed-eye practices, energy exercises, movement, blindfold exercises, or periods of physical stillness.

You are responsible for choosing a safe environment and deciding whether a practice is appropriate for you.

Do not perform a practice:

  • While driving or operating machinery.
  • In water, near traffic, at a height, or close to another physical hazard.
  • While responsible for supervising another person.
  • Where reduced awareness could create a risk.
  • While under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances.
  • Where a medical professional has advised you not to engage in the relevant activity.

Blindfold and sensory exercises should be performed while safely seated or positioned in an area free from obstacles and hazards.

Stop a practice if you experience pain, faintness, breathing difficulty, extreme distress, disorientation, or another concerning reaction. Seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your physical environment and personal limits.

7. Accounts and Account Security

Some Services require a website, Teachable, community, or membership account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Use only the account registered to you.
  • Maintain an accurate email address.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Take reasonable steps to protect your device and account.

You must not:

  • Share your login details with another person.
  • Allow another person to access paid content through your account.
  • Create accounts using false or misleading information.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Sell, transfer, rent, or sublicense your account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised access.

We may require identity or purchase verification before restoring access or making account changes.

8. Purchases and Payment Processing

Prices, currencies, payment schedules, taxes, discounts, and included services are displayed on the applicable sales or checkout page.

Payments may be processed through Teachable or another payment processor expressly authorised by Your Potential.

By completing a purchase, you authorise the relevant payment processor to charge the selected payment method for:

  • The stated one-time price.
  • Any agreed recurring subscription.
  • Each payment in an agreed instalment plan.
  • The price of an individual Module Unlock.
  • Applicable taxes or transaction charges shown before purchase.

You must provide valid billing information and have authority to use the selected payment method.

Your use of a third-party payment service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Removing a card, closing an account, or failing to maintain a valid payment method does not cancel an existing payment obligation.

9. Klarna, Afterpay and Other Pay-Over-Time Services

Klarna, Afterpay, and other Buy Now, Pay Later services may be displayed to eligible customers at checkout.

Availability, approval, instalment amounts, repayment schedules, credit decisions, and customer eligibility are determined by the relevant provider. Your Potential does not control or guarantee approval.

A purchase made through a Buy Now, Pay Later provider is treated as a completed product purchase from Your Potential. Your repayment relationship is separately administered by the provider.

You must continue following the provider’s payment instructions unless and until that provider confirms that the payment schedule has been changed or cancelled.

Refunds involving these services are governed by the Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy and the provider’s procedures.

10. Subscriptions and Fixed Payment Plans

A subscription and a fixed payment plan are different arrangements.

A subscription provides recurring access and may be cancelled to prevent future renewals where it is expressly described as cancel-anytime.

A fixed payment plan divides an agreed total purchase price into multiple payments. It is not cancel-anytime merely because payment is collected periodically.

When you enter a fixed payment plan, you remain responsible for the complete agreed price unless:

  • The product-specific agreement states otherwise.
  • A qualifying refund or cancellation is approved.
  • Applicable law requires otherwise.

Missed payments may result in suspended access, collection attempts, or cancellation of future services without removing amounts already due.

11. Course and Digital-Product Access

Access periods differ between products and will be described on the relevant sales or checkout page.

Where a course is described as providing lifetime access, this means ongoing access for the commercial life of that course while it remains maintained by Your Potential on an available platform.

It does not guarantee that a particular platform, technology, file format, community, or product will exist indefinitely.

Where reasonably possible, notice or an alternative access arrangement may be provided before a permanently discontinued paid course becomes unavailable.

Your Potential may:

  • Improve or update course material.
  • Correct errors.
  • Replace outdated lessons.
  • Change file formats or hosting providers.
  • Reorganise modules.
  • Remove obsolete bonuses.
  • Migrate a product to another platform.

These changes should not materially remove the principal product purchased without an appropriate alternative being provided.

“Free updates” means updates released for that product at Your Potential’s discretion. It does not create an obligation to produce a particular update, feature, lesson, or future course.

12. Mentorships and Longer Programmes

Longer programmes, including the current 49-week Unbound Spirit Program, may involve private support, scheduled sessions, Module Unlocks, assignments, personalised guidance, community participation, and reserved availability.

The applicable application, offer, checkout page, Module Unlock page, and written programme agreement will define:

  • Programme duration.
  • Included sessions and support.
  • Payment terms.
  • Module structure and progression.
  • Access periods.
  • Communication methods.
  • Pause or cancellation terms.
  • Any programme-specific commitments.

An instalment arrangement for a mentorship normally forms part of the total programme price.

Choosing not to participate, failing to complete assignments, missing sessions, or ceasing communication does not automatically cancel the programme or remove an agreed payment obligation.

Legacy versions of a programme remain governed by the terms accepted when they were purchased.

13. Module Unlocks

Your Potential may allow customers to purchase individual modules, stages, or portions of the Unbound Spirit Program separately.

A Module Unlock may include:

  • Access to specified digital lessons and materials.
  • Coaching, mentorship, or teaching calls.
  • Practical assignments or progression requirements.
  • Community or support access.
  • Eligibility to purchase or enter later modules.
  • Other components described on the relevant offer or checkout page.

Purchasing one Module Unlock does not automatically provide access to the entire Unbound Spirit Program unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Modules may be required to be purchased, accessed, or completed in a particular order.

Access to later modules may depend on:

  • Purchasing earlier Module Unlocks.
  • Completing earlier content or assignments.
  • Attending required sessions.
  • Meeting stated progression requirements.
  • Remaining in good standing under these Terms.

Attempting to bypass the programme’s module sequence, access restrictions, or payment requirements is prohibited.

A Module Unlock may contain both digital material and personalised services. The digital and personalised components form part of the overall Module Unlock purchase unless the offer clearly divides them into separate products.

Module Unlocks are governed by:

  • The applicable sales and checkout terms.
  • The Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
  • The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
  • Any programme agreement.
  • These Terms of Use.

Where a Module Unlock is cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, or remains unpaid:

  • Access to that module may be removed.
  • Coaching, mentorship, calls, and support connected to it may end.
  • Progression into later modules may be suspended or locked.
  • Later access dependent on the affected module may be removed.
  • The customer may be required to resolve or repurchase the affected Module Unlock before continuing.

A Module Unlock does not automatically receive the general 30-day self-paced course guarantee. Its refund conditions are stated in the Module Unlock section of the Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy and any applicable offer.

14. Private Sessions, Classes and Live Events

Bookings are subject to the separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Checking the correct date, time, and time zone.
  • Providing accurate contact information.
  • Joining through the supplied meeting link.
  • Testing your equipment before the session.
  • Attending at the scheduled time.
  • Providing any required screening or intake information honestly.

A private session, class, or event may use Zoom or another communication platform.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time. Missed sessions, no-shows, client-side technical failures, cancellations, and rescheduling requests will be handled under the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

15. Assessments, Scores and Personalised Educational Outputs

The website may provide assessments, quizzes, readiness scores, profile types, progress tracking, personalised articles, automated recommendations, or adaptive training suggestions.

These outputs are educational tools. They are not:

  • Clinical evaluations.
  • Medical or psychological diagnoses.
  • Scientific measurements of a spiritual ability.
  • Guarantees of present or future performance.
  • A substitute for individual professional assessment.

Scores and recommendations may be generated using your responses, account activity, predetermined rules, automated logic, or other software processes.

Their usefulness depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Your results may change as your responses, activity, or the assessment system changes. We may update scoring methods and recommendation logic over time.

16. Communities, Forums and Group Spaces

Your Potential may provide access to Teachable communities, student forums, Telegram groups, comment areas, group calls, or other shared spaces.

You agree to communicate respectfully and not to:

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or abuse another person.
  • Post discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent material.
  • Share another person’s private information.
  • Impersonate another user.
  • Promote scams, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct.
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit members without permission.
  • Give medical, legal, or financial instructions while presenting yourself as authorised by Your Potential.
  • Share paid materials or private-session information belonging to another person.
  • Disrupt conversations or repeatedly ignore moderator instructions.

Community access is a privilege connected to the relevant product, Module Unlock, or membership. It may be limited or removed where conduct breaches these Terms.

Your Potential is not responsible for statements, advice, claims, or conduct originating from other community members.

Community spaces should not be treated as confidential. Do not post information that you would not want other participants to see.

17. User Submissions and Reflections

The Services may allow you to submit:

  • Comments.
  • Community posts.
  • Questions.
  • Assessment answers.
  • Practice logs.
  • Reflections.
  • Reviews.
  • Testimonials.
  • Images or other materials.

You retain ownership of original material you submit.

You grant Your Potential a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, format, and process that material only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the relevant service.
  • Display it within the space where you submitted it.
  • Provide personalised results.
  • Moderate community content.
  • Maintain records.
  • Respond to your request.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Submitting private information through an assessment, reflection tool, or intake form does not authorise public marketing use.

A review or testimonial will only be used publicly in accordance with the permission given when it was submitted or through a separate request for consent.

You must have the right to submit any material you provide. You must not upload content that infringes another person’s rights or contains unlawful material.

18. Private Sessions, Confidentiality and Recordings

Information shared during a private session will be treated respectfully and will not ordinarily be disclosed publicly without your consent.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is:

  • Required by law or a valid legal process.
  • Necessary to protect the safety of a person.
  • Necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a serious breach of these Terms.
  • Necessary to operate the booking, payment, or service platform.
  • Authorised by you.

Your Potential is not providing legally privileged, medical, or psychotherapeutic confidentiality.

A session may be recorded only where appropriate notice and consent have been provided.

You must not secretly record, livestream, reproduce, publish, or share a private or group session without prior written permission.

Where you receive a permitted personal recording, it is licensed only for your private use and may not be distributed.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all course videos, Module Unlock materials, audio recordings, meditations, written lessons, graphics, exercises, assessments, methods, frameworks, programme structures, website content, branding, downloads, live-session materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Your Potential.

Purchasing or accessing a product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use that material for your own private educational purposes.

You must not:

  • Copy or redistribute paid materials.
  • Upload them to another website, cloud folder, social platform, group, or file-sharing service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit them.
  • Teach or republish the material as your own system.
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices.
  • Screen-record protected course or session content.
  • Share account access or private links.
  • Translate and republish the material without permission.
  • Use the material to train an artificial-intelligence system, machine-learning model, commercial dataset, or automated content generator.
  • Scrape, index, systematically extract, or archive protected content.
  • Circumvent Module Unlock or progression controls.

You may make reasonable personal notes for your own private study.

Unauthorised use may result in removal of access and further action where appropriate.

20. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, reviews, case studies, student statements, and descriptions of personal experiences reflect the experiences of the individuals concerned.

They do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same result.

Results may depend on factors including:

  • Prior experience.
  • Practice consistency.
  • Personal circumstances.
  • Interpretation.
  • Participation.
  • Individual response to the material.

Your Potential does not guarantee astral projection, spiritual experiences, emotional breakthroughs, metaphysical abilities, financial improvement, or another specific outcome.

Marketing claims and disclosures should be read together with the complete offer information displayed on the relevant sales page.

21. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

Session, event, Module Unlock, and programme cancellation or rescheduling requests are governed by the separate Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and any applicable product-specific agreement.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically create entitlement to a refund.

We may suspend access to a disputed course, Module Unlock, programme, or service while the dispute is reviewed.

Submitting a knowingly false payment dispute, using a substantial portion of a product before disputing the charge, or claiming that an authorised purchase was unauthorised may result in account termination and submission of relevant records to the payment provider.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate payment or consumer right.

22. Promotions, Discounts and Pricing Errors

Discount codes, promotional offers, and reduced prices:

  • Apply only during the stated period.
  • Cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May be limited to particular products or customers.
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted.

A later discount does not create entitlement to a refund of the difference.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error before fulfilment.

Where an order cannot reasonably be honoured because of an obvious error, the customer will be notified and any affected payment will be refunded.

23. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services may depend on third-party platforms such as:

  • Teachable.
  • Payment processors.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later providers.
  • Video-conferencing services.
  • Booking platforms.
  • Email providers.
  • Community and messaging platforms.
  • Website hosting and analytics services.

Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your Potential does not control every feature, outage, policy, approval decision, or technical change made by a third-party provider.

Where a third-party failure temporarily affects access, we will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. Their inclusion does not necessarily constitute endorsement, and you use third-party sites at your own discretion.

24. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any applicable law.
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or security threats.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, databases, or administrative areas.
  • Interfere with website operation.
  • Circumvent access controls, Module Unlocks, progression rules, or payment requirements.
  • Automate excessive requests or scrape content.
  • Test vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Fraudulently obtain products or services.
  • Misrepresent your identity or relationship with Your Potential.
  • Use the Services to harm, exploit, or deceive another person.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where you:

  • Materially breach these Terms.
  • Share or distribute protected materials.
  • Circumvent Module Unlock or payment controls.
  • Harass staff, students, clients, or community members.
  • Engage in fraud or deliberate payment abuse.
  • Create a safety or security risk.
  • Repeatedly disrupt sessions or communities.
  • Fail to complete an agreed payment obligation.
  • Use the Services unlawfully.

Where appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to correct the breach.

Immediate action may be taken where conduct is serious, unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, or threatens another person or the Services.

Termination for misconduct does not automatically create entitlement to a refund. Any refund entitlement will be assessed under the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory law.

Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended to continue will survive termination.

26. Availability and Changes to the Services

We aim to keep the Services reasonably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance.
  • Platform outages.
  • Security incidents.
  • Internet failures.
  • Provider changes.
  • Legal requirements.
  • Events outside reasonable control.

We may alter, improve, replace, or discontinue a free feature without guaranteeing continued availability.

Where a material paid service is permanently discontinued before it has been substantially delivered, we may provide an alternative, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • Every practice will suit every individual.
  • Every user will achieve a particular outcome.
  • The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • All third-party platforms will remain available.
  • Personalised outputs will be perfectly accurate.
  • Every spiritual or experiential interpretation will be correct.
  • All content will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Potential and Ryan James Cropper will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including loss of opportunity, business, data, profits, or anticipated results.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total liability relating to a particular paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for that product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded.
  • Deliberate misconduct.
  • Mandatory consumer rights.

You remain responsible for how you use, interpret, and apply the Services.

29. Statutory Consumer Rights

These Terms operate alongside any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Customers in different jurisdictions may have rights relating to:

  • Digital content.
  • Service quality.
  • Misdescription.
  • Non-delivery.
  • Withdrawal or cancellation.
  • Repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Where applicable law grants you broader rights than these Terms, the applicable law will take priority.

30. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without removing any mandatory protection available to a consumer under the law of the country or state where that consumer resides.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you and Your Potential agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Questions or complaints should first be submitted to:

ryan_j_cropper@outlook.com

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts located in North Carolina will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires proceedings to be brought elsewhere.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in:

  • Products or services.
  • Module Unlocks or programme structures.
  • Payment methods.
  • Platforms.
  • Business practices.
  • Security requirements.
  • Applicable laws.

The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

Material changes will apply prospectively. Purchases already made will normally remain governed by the terms and product-specific conditions accepted at the time of purchase.

Continued use of an ongoing account or service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.

32. General Provisions

If one provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your account, purchase, Module Unlock, or rights under these Terms without written permission.

We may transfer these Terms as part of a legitimate restructuring, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including major platform outages, natural disasters, governmental action, widespread communication failures, or serious emergencies.

These Terms, together with the applicable sales page, checkout terms, Module Unlock terms, programme agreement, Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
