1. Courses – 30-Day Guarantee
Your Potential provides a thirty-day (30-day) money-back guarantee for digital courses, allowing students to review the content and determine whether the material is appropriate for their learning goals. Students requesting a refund must do so within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and must have completed less than sixty percent (60%) of the course at the time the request is submitted. Course progress is tracked automatically by the platform. Refund requests must be submitted from the same email address used during the original purchase. Upon approval of a refund, access to the course and all accompanying materials will be revoked and any downloaded materials must be deleted from the student’s possession. This policy exists to prevent misuse of course content, including attempts to download and retain the full program before requesting a refund. It protects the integrity of the material and supports sustainable course development.

To qualify for a refund on a digital course, the request must be made within the thirty-day period, the course must be less than sixty percent completed, and the request must be sent from the original purchase email. Once refunded, all access will be removed.

2. Short-Term Coaching Services (1–2 Months)
Short-term coaching or mentorship programs that are designed to last between one and two months may be eligible for a refund provided that the request is made within sixty (60) days of the purchase date and the program has not already been completed due to consistent no-shows or missed sessions. These offerings function similarly to digital courses regarding preparation and time commitment. Refunds for these programs will only be granted if the program is still in progress and the majority of the service has not yet been delivered. Once refunded, access to any supplemental or coaching materials must be discontinued.
3. Long-Term Coaching Services (Over 2 Months)
Any coaching or mentorship program designed to extend beyond two months (2+ months) is non-refundable once the program begins. This includes, but is not limited to, three-month coaching, six-month coaching, extended mentorship containers, and custom long-term arrangements. Long-term coaching requires significant time reserved in advance, long-range planning, continuous support, and work that begins immediately upon enrollment. Because of this substantial time and energy investment, refunds cannot be offered once the long-term service has commenced. Enrollment constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this non-refundable structure.
4. Single Sessions
Single coaching sessions, including Live Coaching, Consultations, and Block Removal Sessions, are fully refundable only if canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed sessions (no-shows) are also non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Requests for eligible refunds must be submitted to [email protected] and must include the purchaser’s full name, the email address used at checkout, the name of the product or program, and the original purchase date. Refunds are typically processed within three to seven (3–7) business days depending on the purchaser’s payment provider. Once processed, access to the course or coaching portal will be revoked.
6. Consequences of Refunds
Upon receiving a refund, the user must immediately discontinue all use of the refunded product or service and delete any downloaded materials. Re-enrollment in refunded courses or programs may be permitted in the future at standard pricing.
7. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Your Potential directly with any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for valid delivered digital content, coaching programs, or services may result in loss of access to all future programs and denial of future purchases. Documentation will be submitted to the payment processor to counter unauthorized disputes.
8. Policy Modifications
Your Potential may revise this Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy at any time without notice. By continuing to use this website or purchasing new products, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of this policy.
