Refund & Guarantee Policy

This Refund & Guarantee Policy applies to all programs, coaching services, digital courses, subscriptions, modules, and teaching-week calls offered through YourPotential on Teachable. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.


1. Overview

All products and services include digital content, live coaching, teaching-week calls, mentorship access, community interaction, and intellectual property. As soon as access is granted or a session is completed, the service is considered delivered.

Because these offerings involve non-returnable digital material and time-based coaching, all sales are final except where stated otherwise.


2. Pay-In-Full Enrollment (Unbound Spirit Program)

The pay-in-full option grants immediate access to:

  • all 48 weeks of training
  • all modules
  • all teaching-week calls
  • mentorship access
  • all digital materials

Because access is delivered instantly and cannot be reversed, the pay-in-full program is non-refundable.


3. Subscription Plan (6-Month Minimum)

Subscription payments are non-refundable.

Canceling a subscription:

  • stops future payments after the required 6-month minimum
  • does not refund past payments
  • ends access to future content, teaching-week calls, and mentorship
  • allows you to keep only the weeks already unlocked

Canceling early does not void the financial obligation of the 6-month minimum term.


4. Module Unlock Purchases

A module purchase may be refunded only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. No coaching session for that module has taken place.
  2. The module’s content has not been accessed or downloaded beyond the overview.
  3. The request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
  4. You agree to a $75 administrative reversal fee.
  5. You understand that canceling a module reverses progression and locks access to future modules.

Once any coaching session has taken place within the module, that module becomes fully non-refundable.


5. Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions follow the cancellation rules outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Completed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.


6. No Refunds After Access or Sessions

Because digital content cannot be returned and coaching time cannot be undone, refunds are not offered for any of the following reasons:

  • dissatisfaction with the material
  • lack of results
  • perceived or expected progress
  • personal circumstances or schedule changes
  • difficulty with the practices
  • change of mind
  • not completing the program
  • falling behind in the training
  • emotional discomfort arising from growth
  • forgetting to attend a scheduled call or session

Zoom Access Clause (New)
Technical issues on the client’s side—including Zoom installation problems, failed updates, device incompatibility, microphone or audio issues, unstable internet connections, or inability to join the Zoom room—do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or additional sessions.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure Zoom is installed, updated, and functioning prior to the call.


7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback immediately suspends access to all programs, coaching, calls, and materials.

If the dispute is settled in our favor:

  • access may be restored
  • future participation may still be denied at our discretion

Invalid chargebacks may result in permanent program removal.


8. Payment Plans

Payment plans must be completed in full.

Removing your payment method does not cancel a plan and does not remove your financial obligation. Failed payments may result in temporary loss of access until resolved.

Payment plans are non-refundable once the program has begun.

Refund requests must include:

  • your full name
  • email used for enrollment
  • the service purchased
  • your reason for the request
  • confirmation that you have read this policy

Refund requests that do not meet the criteria listed above will not be approved.
