Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching sessions, programs, module unlocks, subscriptions, teaching-week calls, digital courses, and services offered through YourPotential on Teachable. These guidelines ensure fairness, protect scheduling availability, and maintain the structure and integrity of the coaching experience.

By scheduling or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Private Coaching Sessions

Private sessions require preparation, energetic readiness, and reserved calendar space.

Rescheduling Rules

  • You may reschedule a coaching session one time only.
  • This one permitted reschedule must occur within 24 hours of booking the appointment.
  • After 24 hours from the time the session was originally booked, the appointment becomes locked.

Rescheduling After the 24-Hour Window
If you attempt to reschedule after the 24-hour grace period, the session is treated as a late cancellation.

  • Late cancellations are counted as completed sessions.
  • No refund, credit, transfer, or replacement session will be offered.

Attempting to Reschedule More Than Once
Only one reschedule is allowed per session.
Any second attempt to reschedule is treated as a completed session.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your session and do not notify me in advance:

  • The session is counted as completed.
  • No refund or replacement session will be provided.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of a true, verifiable emergency, an exception may be made at my discretion.
This is not guaranteed.
Valid emergencies do not include scheduling conflicts, forgetting, oversleeping, work obligations, or emotional resistance to the material.


Long-Term Coaching (Outside of the Unbound Spirit Program)

Long-term coaching programs involve ongoing preparation, reserved availability, and progressive work.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled using the same rescheduling rules above.
  • Long-term coaching programs are not cancellable or refundable once the first session has taken place.
  • If you need to pause the coaching program, you may request a temporary pause.
  • Pausing does not stop payment plans.
  • Resuming depends on schedule availability.

Unbound Spirit 48-Week Program (Pay-In-Full)

Pay-in-full enrollment provides immediate access to:

  • all 48 weeks of training
  • all modules
  • all teaching-week calls
  • mentorship access
  • all digital materials

Because access is delivered instantly and includes coaching availability, pay-in-full enrollment cannot be canceled after access is granted.

No cancellations are granted due to:

  • personal schedule conflicts
  • falling behind
  • discomfort with growth
  • changes in lifestyle or financial circumstance
  • changes of mind
  • lack of results
  • personal readiness issues

All pay-in-full enrollments are final.


Unbound Spirit Subscription Plan (6-Month Minimum)

Your subscription includes incremental weekly unlocks, teaching-week calls, and mentorship for active subscription months.

  • You may cancel after completing the six-month minimum commitment.
  • Canceling stops future payments only.
  • Past payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel:

  • You keep access to previously unlocked weeks.
  • You lose access to future weeks.
  • You lose access to mentorship and teaching-week calls.

Canceling the subscription does not void the six-month minimum financial obligation.


Module Unlock Purchases

Module Unlocks include digital content, coaching calls, mentorship, and progression.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
A module purchase may be canceled only if:

  1. No coaching session for that module has taken place.
  2. The module’s materials have not been downloaded or accessed beyond the overview.
  3. The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
  4. You agree to a $75 administrative fee.
  5. You understand that canceling a module reverses progression and locks access to future modules.

After Coaching Begins
Once the first session for that module has taken place, the module becomes fully non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason.


Teaching-Week Calls

Teaching-week calls are tied to your module progression or subscription status.

  • They cannot be rescheduled.
  • They do not generate replacement sessions if missed.
  • Missing a teaching-week call does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or additional call.

Payment Plan Cancellations

For programs purchased with a payment plan:

  • Removing your payment method does not cancel the plan.
  • All scheduled payments must be completed.
  • Payment defaults may result in temporary account suspension.
  • Payment plans cannot be canceled once the program begins.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute:

  • All access to programs, calls, coaching, and digital materials will be suspended immediately.
  • Access may be reinstated only if the dispute is resolved in my favor.
  • Invalid chargebacks may result in permanent loss of eligibility for future coaching.

Subscription cancellations must be completed by you through your Teachable Billing Dashboard.
