Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within this window may not qualify for a refund. Clients may reschedule without penalty if the request is submitted prior to the seventy-two-hour deadline. Rescheduling requests made after that point are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, and sessions may be forfeited without refund if an alternative time cannot be provided.
Late Bookings
Bookings should be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session start time. While the scheduling system may accept last-minute bookings, any appointment made within twenty-four hours is not guaranteed and may be subject to adjustment or rescheduling. Clients booking within this window acknowledge that the scheduled time may change and agree to remain available for communication regarding any necessary modifications.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-show appointments are considered used, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Payments & Refunds
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Refunds are granted only when a cancellation is submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. No refunds are provided for late cancellations, no-shows, or errors related to time zone calculation by the client. It is the responsibility of the client to confirm their correct time zone prior to attending.
Punctuality & Session Start Times
Sessions generally begin at the scheduled time; however, a brief grace period may be provided. Clients who arrive a few minutes late may still receive their full session time, provided doing so does not interfere with subsequent bookings. Habitual lateness may result in shortened appointments or full cancellation without refund.
Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their technical setup—including internet connection, audio and video functionality, and access to the required meeting platform—is operational before the session begins. A meeting link will be provided after booking, and clients must verify access in advance. Technical issues on the client’s side that prevent participation do not qualify for refunds.
Emergencies
In legitimate emergency circumstances, Ryan may, at his sole discretion, reschedule the session for a later date. Clients are expected to communicate promptly should an emergency arise. Granting exceptions remains strictly discretionary.

Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Any information shared during a session will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law or with the explicit consent of the client. Ryan maintains strict confidentiality to ensure a secure environment for personal exploration.
Age Requirement
Clients must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to book a session. Minors may participate only with documented written consent from a legal guardian, and a guardian may be required to be present during the session.
Recordings
Sessions may be recorded only if the client provides explicit consent. When recordings are created, the client will receive private access to the session for personal use. Session recordings are strictly confidential and may not be distributed, uploaded, shared, or published in any form without written permission from Ryan.
