Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to private sessions, coaching, experiential sessions, live classes, group events, mentorships, longer programmes, subscriptions, and other scheduled services offered by Your Potential, operated by Ryan James Cropper.

It applies to bookings made through ryancropper.com, the Your Potential Teachable school, or another booking or checkout page expressly authorised by Your Potential.

For bookings made on or after 29 July 2026, this policy replaces previous cancellation and rescheduling terms, including the former rule that an appointment became locked 24 hours after it was booked.

Purchases made before this date will normally remain subject to the terms presented and accepted at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Private Sessions

Private sessions require preparation and reserved calendar availability.

This policy applies to services including:

  • Spiritual Life Coaching.
  • Astral Projection Advice.
  • Guided Astral Projection Block Removal.
  • Guided Past Life Regression.
  • Guided Memory Regression.
  • Guided Shadow Integration.
  • Mantra and chakra sessions.
  • Experience debriefing.
  • Other private one-to-one services offered by Your Potential.

Unless different terms are clearly disclosed before booking, the standard cancellation deadline is 72 hours before the scheduled starting time.

2. Cancellations Made at Least 72 Hours in Advance

A cancellation request received at least 72 hours before the scheduled starting time may qualify for either:

  • A full refund for the cancelled session, or
  • One complimentary rescheduling of the same session.

The customer must contact Your Potential before the 72-hour deadline and provide enough information to identify the booking.

Any approved refund will be returned through the original payment method.

3. Rescheduling Made at Least 72 Hours in Advance

A customer may reschedule a private session once without penalty when the request is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled starting time.

The replacement appointment remains subject to Ryan’s availability.

After a complimentary reschedule has been used, any additional request to move the same appointment may be declined or may require a new booking and payment.

Rescheduling a session does not extend any programme, package, access period, or payment term unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations or Rescheduling Within 72 Hours

A cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled starting time is normally non-refundable.

A rescheduling request made within the 72-hour period may be considered in genuine or exceptional circumstances. Approval is discretionary, is not guaranteed, and remains subject to availability.

Where a late reschedule is approved, the customer may be offered one replacement appointment. Repeated late changes may require the purchase of a new session.

A customer’s change of mind, work commitment, scheduling conflict, forgotten appointment, oversleeping, incorrect time-zone conversion, or lack of readiness does not normally qualify for an exception.

5. Bookings Made Within 72 Hours of the Session

Where the booking system permits a session to be booked less than 72 hours before its scheduled starting time, the customer accepts that the normal 72-hour cancellation period is no longer available.

A session booked within that period is normally non-refundable once confirmed.

Ryan may contact the customer if a short-notice booking cannot reasonably be accommodated. In that situation, the customer may choose an alternative available time or receive a full refund.

6. No-Shows and Missed Sessions

A customer who does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide sufficient advance notice will be treated as a no-show.

A no-show session:

  • Is considered used and completed.
  • Is not eligible for a refund.
  • Does not automatically qualify for a replacement session.
  • May still count as a used session within a coaching package, mentorship, or programme.

An exception may be considered in a genuine emergency, but this is discretionary and is not guaranteed.

7. Late Arrival

Customers should be ready to begin at the scheduled starting time.

When a customer arrives late:

  • The session will normally still finish at its originally scheduled ending time.
  • The session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next booking.
  • Lost time is not refundable.
  • A replacement session is not automatically provided.

Where the delay is substantial enough to prevent the session from reasonably going ahead, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

8. Technical Problems

Customers are responsible for checking their internet connection, device, microphone, camera, software, meeting application, and access link before the session begins.

Problems caused by the customer’s equipment, connection, browser, software, forgotten login information, or inability to access the meeting platform do not normally qualify for a refund or replacement session.

Where possible, Ryan may attempt to continue the session through another reasonable communication method. This does not guarantee that lost time can be restored or that the appointment can be extended.

Where a significant technical failure originates from Ryan’s equipment, Your Potential’s systems, or the meeting platform and prevents the session from being delivered, the customer will be offered:

  • A replacement session,
  • An alternative delivery arrangement, or
  • A refund where a suitable replacement cannot be agreed.

9. Cancellations by Ryan or Your Potential

Ryan may occasionally need to cancel or move a session because of illness, emergency, technical failure, or another unavoidable circumstance.

Where Your Potential cancels or cannot provide a scheduled session, the customer will be offered an alternative appointment.

If a suitable replacement time cannot be agreed, the customer may request a full refund for the affected session.

Your Potential is not responsible for indirect losses arising from a cancelled or rescheduled appointment, such as travel expenses, time away from work, or third-party costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Past Life Regression and Other Experiential Sessions

Past life regression, memory work, shadow integration, astral projection troubleshooting, spiritual direction, and similar experiential sessions follow the same 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling rules.

Once an experiential session has begun or been completed, it is not refundable merely because the customer:

  • Did not experience a particular memory, image, sensation, or spiritual event.
  • Did not receive the result they expected.
  • Chose not to continue with the process.
  • Interpreted the experience differently afterwards.

These provisions concern completed services. They do not remove any mandatory rights arising from a service that was not supplied as described.

11. Live Webinars, Classes and Group Events

Unless different terms are clearly displayed on the event page, cancellation for a separately purchased live webinar, class, workshop, or group event must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled starting time.

Refunds are not normally available where:

  • The cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the event.
  • The customer does not attend.
  • The customer arrives late.
  • The event has already begun.
  • The complete recording or event materials have already been provided.

Where a recording is advertised as part of the purchase, inability to attend live does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Where Your Potential cancels a separately purchased event and does not provide a replacement date, recording, or reasonable equivalent, the customer will be offered a refund.

A live session included as part of a course, bundle, mentorship, or programme is not ordinarily assigned a separate refundable value.

12. Mentorships and Longer Programmes

Longer programmes, including the current 49-week Unbound Spirit Program, may involve reserved availability, personalised preparation, private support, scheduled sessions, and a fixed-term commitment.

Any programme-specific agreement, application, offer, or checkout terms will govern the cancellation of the programme as a whole.

Scheduled private sessions included within a mentorship or longer programme remain subject to the 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling rules in this policy unless the programme agreement states otherwise.

Missing, cancelling, or choosing not to use an included session does not automatically:

  • Extend the programme.
  • Reduce the total programme price.
  • Cancel future instalments.
  • Create a right to a cash refund.
  • Create an entitlement to additional sessions.

A temporary programme pause may be considered where appropriate, but it must be approved in writing. A pause does not automatically stop an agreed payment plan or extend the programme indefinitely.

Legacy versions of Unbound Spirit and earlier coaching arrangements remain subject to the terms accepted when they were originally purchased.

13. Subscriptions and Recurring Access

A product expressly sold as a cancel-anytime subscription may be cancelled to prevent a future renewal.

Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date through Teachable or the relevant payment-management portal where that option is available.

Cancelling a subscription:

  • Stops eligible future renewals.
  • Does not normally refund the current billing period.
  • Does not retroactively refund previous payments.
  • Does not cancel a fixed-term payment plan.
  • May allow access to continue until the end of the period already paid for.

A fixed instalment plan for a course, mentorship, programme, or package is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless it is expressly described as one.

14. Payment Plans and Buy Now, Pay Later

Cancelling attendance, access, or participation does not automatically cancel a fixed payment commitment.

Removing a card or payment method does not constitute a valid cancellation.

Klarna, Afterpay, and similar Buy Now, Pay Later services are administered by the relevant provider. Customers must continue following the provider’s payment instructions until the provider confirms that a payment schedule has been changed or cancelled.

Any refund connected to a qualifying cancellation will be processed through the original payment method and will remain subject to the procedures of Teachable and the relevant payment provider.

15. Courses and Digital Products

Self-paced courses, downloadable products, audio recordings, and other digital purchases are governed primarily by the separate Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

A customer does not cancel a completed digital purchase in the same manner as a scheduled appointment.

Where a course is advertised with a 30-day money-back guarantee, eligibility will be assessed under the conditions stated in the Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

16. Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances

Your Potential may consider a late cancellation or rescheduling request where a genuine emergency prevented the customer from attending or providing sufficient notice.

Any exception:

  • Is assessed individually.
  • May require reasonable supporting information.
  • Is granted at Ryan’s discretion.
  • Does not establish an entitlement to the same exception in the future.

Exceptional circumstances do not normally include ordinary scheduling conflicts, work obligations, forgetting the booking, oversleeping, time-zone errors, emotional resistance, or a change of mind.

17. How to Request a Cancellation or Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be emailed to:

ryan_j_cropper@outlook.com

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the booking.
  • The service, programme, or event booked.
  • The scheduled date and time.
  • Whether you are requesting cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Any relevant information needed to review the request.

The date and time at which the request is received will determine whether it falls before or within the 72-hour cancellation period.

Your Potential aims to respond within three business days. A request is not considered approved merely because it has been submitted. Approval or alternative arrangements will be confirmed in writing.

18. Relationship to Other Terms

This policy should be read together with the:

  • Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
  • Terms of Use.
  • Privacy Policy.
  • Any product-specific programme agreement or checkout terms.

Where a product-specific written agreement contains different cancellation terms, the clearly disclosed product-specific terms will govern that purchase.

Where applicable consumer law provides broader rights than this policy, the applicable law will take priority.

19. Changes to This Policy

The policy in effect on the date of booking or purchase will normally apply to that transaction.

Your Potential may revise this policy to reflect changes in its services, programmes, booking systems, payment methods, or business practices.

A later policy change will not retroactively remove a cancellation or rescheduling right already granted to an earlier booking.
